How long does this stay fresh?
About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date is printed on the bottom.
How do I take it and how much is in it?
Each bottle contains 30 capsules. There is only 1 capsule per serving. And each serving contains 250mg of 30:1 extract.
